The couple marked the unique occasion with a heartwarming birthday party, packed with love, laughter, and a family time out to the Aquarium of the Pacific.
Proud mom Gabourey Sidibe took to Instagram to share a carousel of cute birthday snapshots. She captioned the post, “HAPPY HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY COOPER & MAYA!!!”
The Precious big name went on to write down, “It’s difficult to consider a whole year has passed since you came into our lives. You both make us fantastically proud each single day. You’re humorous, Candy, and clearly the nicest-behaved infant all people could ask for. Watching you grow into your very own little humans—walking, talking, dancing, giving hugs and kisses, pointing at animals and calling them all ‘CAT!’, and taking part in real food—has been the best pleasure. We can’t wait to see where your curiosity takes you subsequently. Being your dad and mom is such an honor. The pleasure is but to return. HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY, OUR LOVES!”
In a current special chat with People Magazine, Gabourey Sidibe opened out about her enjoyment with motherhood even as selling her new Lifetime movie, Give Me Back My Daughter. She shared that parenting is a deeply immersive adventure and reminded fellow moms to find time for themselves.
