Exciting news for RL Huggar and his wife, Lena Danielle Huggar — the couple is getting ready to welcome their 2nd infant together!
Lena found out the massive information on March 27 with a heartfelt maternity image shared on Instagram, truly captioned, “The Gift.”
Just more than one week later, on Sunday, April thirteen, Lena celebrated the approaching arrival at an elegant black-and-white-themed baby shower in Atlanta. The event changed into one packed with love and laughter among close pals and one’s own family. Guests blanketed familiar faces like Porsha Williams, Shamea Morton, Toya Johnson, and Yandy Smith.

During her emotional thank-you speech at the baby shower, Lena announced that she and RL Huggar are watching for some other daughter. “Keep checking in on me, aid me, and make sure the girls are proper,” she said. “We’re excited to welcome toddler Rylee.” With a smile, she introduced, “Their dad made positive the RL Huggar legacy remains strong with them.”
The couple, who were married in October 2016, are already proud mother and father to daughter Rory, born in January 2017. Lena has regularly praised RL Huggar for being a hands-on father, once writing about how dedicated he was all through the first few weeks of parenthood. “He slept on the sanatorium sofa for 4 nights, came to each ultrasound, sang to her when she cried, did squats while she had gas, FaceTimed her while he was away, and kissed her 100 times an afternoon. And that became simply within the first 4 weeks!” she gushed. “I can’t wait to observe them develop together for years to come.”

RL Huggar also has a son, Charles, from a previous courtship, and he stays a proud father to all of his youngsters.
Back in December, RL celebrated Lena’s forty-first birthday with a touching tribute on social media, reflecting on their adventure collectively. “We’ve had our percentage of demanding situations, and existence may be heavy every so often. But I’ve always got you. No count where I am or in which WE are—if I even have it, you have it,” he wrote. “Almost 16 years after our first Valentine’s birthday date… after I slightly had anything, however, I nonetheless took you to dinner and got you a gift. I couldn’t have enough money. And right here we are once more for your special day.”
