The Game Gushes Over Daughter Cali’s Runway Debut

The Game couldn’t hide his pride as his daughter, Cali Dream Taylor, walked the catwalk at the Ladylike Women of Excellence Awards x Fashion Show on June 1, 2024.

In an Instagram post, the rapper revealed clips of Cali’s runway walk, demonstrating her grace and confidence as she commanded the catwalk like a seasoned veteran.

The images were accompanied by a heartfelt homage from Cali’s proud father, who reflected on her journey from a young girl to a growing adolescent.

“Black Dad Joy,” he said. “I’ve been the father of the most beautiful little girl for 13 years, and she has excelled in all areas deemed daughter. Watching her progress from not knowing how to utter anything other than “eat eat” to saying “Dad, can I get Gel-X nails this time & a lil cash app friendly deposit” has filled my cup to the brim.

The Game reflected on Cali’s journey and celebrated her most recent runway win.

“Getting sad when the “Daddy” turned into just “Dad”… to today, being able to post her proudly for killing yet another fashion show this weekend.. making me again the happiest father on earth.”

Cali’s father, who has three children, is experiencing a range of emotions as she prepares to enter high school.

He wrote, “My little straight A, super model, eye rolling, attitude on Wednesdays, light door slamming, humorous, loving gift from God is heading to high school this autumn. Although I prayed you’d stay small forever, I’m sincerely in love with the young woman you’re becoming right before my eyes…”

He concluded his post, saying, “My eyes water every time I think of how much you mean to me….I love you, California… again. “I am very proud of you.”
