Chrissy Teigen made headlines at the 2025 Grammy Awards with a daring and attention-grabbing outfit. The best-selling cookbook author made heads turn as she emerged on the red carpet at the Crypto.com Arena on Feb. 2, hand in hand with her husband, John Legend. Wearing a sheer, plunging black dress with a flowing dark train, Chrissy Teigen radiated confidence and poise. The breathtaking appearance, created by Christian Siriano, was ideally complemented by her stylish bob haircut and the matching black drop earrings.

Far from being outdone, John Legend also made his own bold fashion appearance. The prize-winning singer wore an arresting chocolate brown striped suit, complemented by a coordinating shirt and bold statement tie. Altogether, the power duo made a great impression, projecting style and elegance.

12-time Grammy winner John, earned three nominations at the 2025 ceremony, including Best Children’s Music Album for his new release, My Favorite Dream, which came out in August. A personal note to the album was that background vocals were provided by Chrissy Teigen, and, yes, their children—Luna, 8, Miles, 6, Esti, 2, and Wren, 18 months—added a sweet, personal flair to the tune “L-O-V-E.”

Discussing with The Hollywood Reporter in August, John had given a perspective on the source of inspiration behind the song. “The song is really a love fest,” he described. “It’s a celebration of love, and I view it as almost like a mission statement for how I want to be and how I want my children to be. The type of light that you see in humans who are just full of love—I want them to be those types of human beings.”

Chrissy Teigen kept on winning over her audiences not just with her flawless sense of style but also for her unwavering encouragement of her husband’s musical pursuits. As the couple walked the 2025 Grammys red carpet, they again showed everyone why they are one of Hollywood’s most cherished pairs.

And although the idea for the project was born out of his own family life, the 46-year-old explained that he also hoped to inspire others to be interested in music.

“I hope it inspires [families], and makes them love music even more,” he said to Parents.com. “I hope the album gives [families] something to bond together with.”
