During her recent Instagram Live, Skyy revealed about Alaiya’s status. She revealed that her daughter suffers from a mild type of cerebral palsy.
“The positive thing about Laiyah’s condition is that the doctor told her that she can outgrow it because she wasn’t born with Cerebral Palsy,” Alexis clarified. “She experienced a brain hemorrhage during her hydrocephalus, which resulted in cerebral palsy, a condition that causes paralysis on the left side of the body. She’s got a pretty mild case of cerebral palsy. So through therapy and everything that she’s in, she can overcome it.”
They eventually determined that LaiLai had cerebral palsy, though she hadn’t been born with the condition,” she explained. We will continue to push because my baby is a fighter, she overcomes all obstacles, and she is highly intelligent. Don’t let anyone tell your children otherwise. Trust me, that brain works perfectly fine.
